We have been a verified member of PayPal for several years. To pay your invoice by Credit Card, Please enter the Information above the PayPal Button located below and Click On the PayPal Button. Another page will appear that looks something like this:

Simply Enter the amount you are to pay on the left column where it says "item price" then login to your PayPal account.

If you do not have an account with PayPal,
Choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" and fill in your information. This will NOT give you an account, it will simply charge your card with the amount you entered earlier.

If you do not have an Invoice, contact CHS with your information and one will be sent to you within 3 business days. Thank You!
